    Before ordering, we recommend visiting VietHosting's Promotions page to see our latest special offers and check if any discounts apply to your desired service.

  2. Select Your Service:

    Visit VietHosting.com or go directly to our Service Store to explore our service packages (e.g., Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers). Select the package that best fits your needs and budget, then click the order button to begin.

  3. Configure Your Order:

    Fill out the order form with your details. At this stage, you will need to choose your preferred billing cycle (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year). If applicable, you can also select any additional services or add-ons.

  4. Provide Account Information:
    • New Customers: Please create a new account by providing all required personal or business details (e.g., full name, address, email, phone number, tax ID if a business).
    • Existing Customers: If you already have an account with VietHosting, simply log in with your existing credentials.
  5. Choose Payment Method:

    Select your preferred payment method from our list of supported options (e.g., bank transfer, MoMo/ZaloPay e-wallets, PayPal).

  6. Review and Confirm Your Order:

    Please carefully review all order details one last time, including the selected service, billing cycle, total cost, and your personal/business information. Then, confirm your order to proceed to payment.

Payment Confirmation Notice

To ensure your payment is verified and your service is activated quickly, please note the following:

For payments made via Internet Banking or e-wallets (MoMo, ZaloPay), please include the Invoice ID or the Registered Service Name in the payment reference/description field.

Examples of payment reference:

  • "Payment for Invoice #12345".
  • "Payment for Hosting ABC".
  • "John Doe payment for KVM VPS XYZ".
  • "ABC Company payment for Contract No. [Contract No.] / IP [IP Address] / Domain [Domain Name]".

Payments made through PayPal are typically processed and confirmed automatically. In most cases, you don't need to do anything else after a successful transaction.

For ATM transfers or direct cash deposits, please take a photo or scan the receipt and send it to our support department via the Ticket System or email it to support@viethosting.com so we can verify your payment and activate your service.

When notifying us about your payment (especially for manual bank transfers), please provide the following details to help us process your order quickly: Invoice ID, Bank Name, Exact Amount Transferred, and Transaction Time/Date.
