You can request an upgrade whenever you need to scale resources. Once payment is completed, the upgrade is processed automatically without requiring an OS reinstallation.

No. KVM VPS at VietHosting provides full administrative access (Root/Administrator) and does not include automatic backups by default.

Customers should configure their own backup system or use an additional backup service to ensure data safety.

Yes. IPs assigned to KVM VPS at VietHosting are checked against blacklist databases before provisioning using trusted systems such as Spamhaus and BulkBlackListCheck.

Therefore, IPs are ensured to be clean and not listed on any blacklist at the time of delivery.

Up to 64 IPv4 addresses. KVM VPS at VietHosting supports up to 64 IPv4 addresses (/26 subnet) per instance.

Additional IPv4 addresses can be requested during checkout or later as an upgrade.
