This is because when you purchase the service, VietHosting pays the license fee to the software vendor (CloudLinux) for the entire billing cycle. Once the license has been activated, this fee cannot be refunded by the vendor.

However, you may cancel the service renewal for the next billing cycle by submitting a cancellation request with the “End of Billing Cycle” option through the client area before the expiration date.
