No. VietHosting does not provide refunds for server software licenses such as cPanel, DirectAdmin, CloudLinux OS, Imunify360, or LiteSpeed once the license has been activated.

• Reason: When a license is ordered, VietHosting pays the licensing fee to the software vendor (cPanel) for the entire billing cycle. This fee is non-refundable once the license has been activated.
• Cancel renewal: You may cancel the license renewal for the next billing cycle by selecting the "End of Billing Cycle" option in the client area.
• Request deadline: To avoid additional charges, the cancellation request must be submitted at least 7 days before the service expiration date.
