What is Colocation?
Colocation (or Server Colocation) is a service that allows businesses to place their own servers and networking equipment inside a data center. The provider supplies essential infrastructure such as power, cooling systems, internet connectivity, and physical security.
Colocation is commonly used by enterprises and service providers that want full ownership and control of their hardware without building and maintaining their own server facility.

Where is VietHosting's datacenter located?
VietHosting's server infrastructure is located at the following datacenter facility:
Lot 27 – 28, Street 19,
Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone,
Tan Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
This modern datacenter is built according to the Tier III international standard, featuring redundant power, network connectivity, and infrastructure designed to ensure high reliability and continuous operation.
Located in Ho Chi Minh City with strong connectivity to domestic and international network routes, the facility provides fast and stable access for customers and end users.
Does Colocation include installation support?
Yes. Customers using Colocation services at VietHosting receive basic support for operating system installation and initial server configuration to ensure the system operates properly within our infrastructure.
However, advanced system administration or ongoing server management tasks are not included in standard Colocation support.
If you require continuous system administration, VietHosting also offers Server Management services for professional server maintenance and optimization.
If I cancel the Colocation, can I get a refund?
No. According to our Refund Policy, Colocation and Dedicated Server services are not eligible for refunds once the service has been activated.
This is because VietHosting reserves dedicated rack space, power capacity, and network ports in the Data Center for your server during the entire billing cycle. These resources cannot be reallocated to other customers.
If you no longer wish to continue the service, you may cancel the renewal by selecting the “End of Billing Cycle” option through the client area at least 7 days before the service expiration date.
