2. Refund Eligibility Scope and Conditions
a. Refund Request Period ("Money-Back Guarantee Period"):
VietHosting applies a money-back guarantee policy within the first 07 (seven) calendar days, calculated from the date the service was first successfully activated. All valid refund requests must be submitted by the Customer to VietHosting within this timeframe to be considered.
b. Eligible Services for the 7-Day Refund Policy:
The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the following services upon new registration (not applicable for renewals or upgrades), unless otherwise stated:

3. Specific Refund Terms (Based on Usage and Request Time)
a. Usage Under 7 Days (Within the Money-Back Guarantee Period):
For eligible services as stated in Section 2.b, if the Customer submits a valid request due to dissatisfaction, they will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, after deducting any non-refundable fees (as stipulated in Section 4).
b. Usage From 7 Days Up to 15 Days:
If the Customer requests a refund for eligible services between the 7th and 14th day (inclusive) from activation:
- For services billed monthly: No refund will be issued.
- For services billed on a long-term cycle (quarterly or longer): The refunded amount will be the total paid minus the service fee for one (1) month at the standard list price. Non-refundable fees will also be deducted.
c. Usage From 15 Days Onwards:
After 15 days, the money-back guarantee no longer applies. If a Customer cancels a long-term prepaid service, the unused portion will be handled as follows:
- The unused balance will be converted into account credit. This credit can only be used for other VietHosting services and is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
4. Non-Refundable Cases and Services
The Refund Policy will not apply to the following, regardless of the request time:
- Customers who have previously received a refund for the same service type.
- Evidence of fraudulent registration or abuse of the Refund Policy.
- Registration details match previously refunded accounts.
- Service termination due to a violation of the Terms of Service.
- Software license fees (cPanel, LiteSpeed, etc.).
- Dedicated Server and Colocation services.
- Initial service setup fees.
- Add-on services that have been activated or used.
- Services under special promotions with a no-refund clause.
- Monthly billed services requested for refund on or after the 7th day of activation.
5. Refund Request and Processing Procedure
- Submitting a Request: Customers must submit a cancellation and refund request via the Client Area or by sending a formal email to support@viethosting.com from their registered email address, providing full service details and a specific reason.
- Request Review: VietHosting will review the request's validity within 1-2 business days. We may contact you for further clarification if needed.
- Executing Refund/Credit: If approved, VietHosting will process the refund or account credit according to the terms in Section 3. The time to receive a cash refund is typically 7-15 business days, depending on the payment gateway.

VietHosting will prioritize refunding via the original payment method. Possible methods include:
