Your data is retained for another 7 days post-expiration. If not renewed within these 7 days, the data will be permanently deleted, and VietHosting is not responsible for data loss due to non-payment.

Hosting accounts might be suspended for several reasons: exceeding resource limits (disk space, bandwidth), violating our Terms of Service, or service expiration due to non-payment.

For DirectAdmin Hosting services, we do not offer a trial but apply a 7-day money-back guarantee. Customers can register, pay, and use the service.

Within 7 days, if the customer is not satisfied with the service, they can request cancellation and a refund. We will refund 100% of the amount paid by the customer.

Customers can configure php.ini themselves by operating through the DirectAdmin control panel with the PHP Selector feature.

Alternatively, they can manually create a php.ini file with the desired parameters and save it in the hosting directory where the php.ini configuration needs adjustment.
